A deposit of £30 per room is payable at the time of booking -- this is non-refundable upon cancellation unless we are able to re-let the room. If you do need to make any changes to your booking please let us know as soon as possible. E-mail or call us on +44 (0)1225 866907.
Overseas guests may forward credit card details to guarantee their stay.
Deposits paid via cheque should be made payable to Norbin Farm.
Arrival time for guests is best between 4:00pm and 7:00pm. However, should you require a different time due to travel arrangements or any other reason, please e-mail us in advance.
Guests will need to vacate their rooms by 10:30 am on the day of departure -- this allows us time for prepare the rooms for the next arrival of guests.
Breakfast is served from 7:15 am to 9:00 am during the week and 8:00 am to 9:15 during weekends. Each morning breakfast is cooked using local home-reared bacon, sausage and free-range eggs. All of our ingredients are locally sourced.
Norbin Farm reserves the right to levy a cancellation charge if notice of non-arrival is not received at least 48 hours prior to your stay. Notice provided between 24-48 hours prior will incur a charge of up to 50% of the total booking cost and up to 100% if less than 24 hours notice provided.
