Guests at Norbin Farm can choose between double, single and family bedrooms, all of which have en-suite shower facilities, toiletries, hairdryer, colour television and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities.

We welcome children and families and have ample parking space available. Our rooms are all on the ground floor and have their own front doors, allowing our guests to come and go as they please.

A full, farmhouse style English breakfast is served each morning from 7:15 to 9:00, using free range eggs and local produce (special diets can be catered for with prior notice). Breakfast is served in the attractively decorated dining room with views over the surrounding countryside; a perfect place to relax and plan your day.

Bookings

Please call 01225 866907 or email us to enquire about room availability (you can also book online immediately). A deposit of £35 per room is required for all bookings; this is non-refundable. We accept payment by cheque or credit card.

Arrivals & Departures

Guests can arrive at Norbin Farm any time between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. On the day of departure, guests will need to vacate their rooms by 10:30 am. Please contact us in advance if you'd like to arrive earlier or later; we may be able to accommodate this.

Cancellations

Norbin Farm reserves the right to levy a cancellation charge if notice of non-arrival is not received at least 48 hours prior to your stay. Notice provided between 24-48 hours prior will incur a charge of up to 50% of the total booking cost and up to 100% if less than 24 hours notice is provided.
